Adventures in painting!

We started the nursery this weekend! Ryan was on a roll and taped off stripes, painted, and put furniture together. For those of you who have never striped a wall, it is an incredibly tedious job (especially when your wife requests 6 inch stripes)!


Here is Ryan beginning the daunting job of taping off the room. It took about an hour per wall!


Ryan pulls the last piece of tape to reveal absolutely perfect stripes!


Mission accomplished!


Well, we started the room Friday night and finished with painting at 10 on Sunday evening. However, Ryan just couldn't help himself and had to get that crib together!


Ally has one gorgeous, girly room! The finishing touch will be a chandelier from Aunt Sandi!
